Aberdeens' longest running wine school Wine Uncorked Education was established in 1996 by Wine Educator and writer Carol Brown DipWSET.

Since then, Carol has been offering wine tastings, wine events, workshops, certified WSET courses and master classes in Aberdeen and across Scotland to consumers and the wine and hospitality trades.
